Strength: 20 Min to Front Squat 2RM with 3 second Pause at Bottom

Conditioning– 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off to complete:
100′ DB Overhead walking Lunge
100 DB unders
50 wall balls
10 rope climbs
50 wall balls
100 double unders
100′ DB overhead walking Lunge
Time Cap 20 minutes

Men use 80lb DB & 30lb ball
Women use 55lb DB & 20lb ball
