STR – Banded Front Squats
10 sets of 2 @ 50% plus bands with 2 Second Pause on the box

ESD:  Alternating Tabata’s
20 seconds of DBL KB Thrusters at 35/25 per arm
10 seconds of rest
20 seconds of Toes to Bar
10 seconds of rest
x 8 rounds
